Methods of payment are Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Paypal, Payment for service is due on or before the day of scheduled service. A credit card is maintained on file and billing options discussed as a part of the client agreement.
All online schedule must be paid through the website payment portal. All phone service orders will be sent a link to pay before the day of service.
Promotion discount are only applicable to through online payments only.
All service that are reoccurring will be billed on the first day of each month except for the 3 month plans that will be billed on a quarterly basis, until plans is cancelled by the customer. A 5% percent month late fee will be assessed for late or failed payments. First time clients are required to hold an appointment and at the time of appointment may opt to pay cash.
We require a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice (holidays & weekends included) If you need to reschedule your appointment, please phone or email the office directly.
A charge of 25% will be charged if the 48 hours policy is not honored, ($25 minimum) Excessive cancellation with less than 48 hours are subject cessation of service. We do understand emergencies happen.
Cancellation of Agreement or Service
To cancel or postpone your paid plans temporarily or long term, we request 2 weeks notice.
Confidential and Security Policy
The safety of our clients and cleaners are important to Kaidan Cleaning. We maintain a strict policy regarding the privacy of our clientele. We guarantee discretion and do not share information ( included but not limited to email, address and phone numbers).
Providing professional cleaning in NYC we do not allow anyone into your residence with out the clients' detailed instructions. We also ask that you inform the office of expected service and delivery person or if anyone will be in the home working or visiting upon cleaners arrival. Cleaners must where shoes to be in compliance of the legal laws.

Sundays 11:00 am-3:00 pm
